My Ideal Client

I am an approved Oregon LCSW Supervisor. Through supervision, I will strive to help you reflect on your work, increase confidence in your clinical approach, gain understanding of yourself in relation to your work, and discuss clinical and ethical dimensions of mental health services. I am available to meet for individual supervision sessions weekly, twice per month, or monthly if you are also in a supervision group. My current fee is $100 per hour due at the time of service.

My Background and Approach

As a therapist, I work from a client-centered and trauma-informed lens, utilizing CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, MI, mindfulness, play therapy, and sand tray therapy. I have extensive experience treating trauma, depression, and anxiety with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working in a Child Advocacy Center, residential treatment, therapeutic foster care, and outpatient settings. I have supervised CSWAs and MSW student interns.
