What I Specialize In
My approach to therapy comes from a collection of viewpoints of connection and relationships with friends, family, and the self. I focus on repair between relationships and individuals wanting to cultivate a meaningful identity of self. Our collaborative work together will be fruitful with purpose and intention. I have a passion for working with adolescents and their families to navigate understanding and to promote growth as a system. My experience thus far includes a great emphasis on eating disorders and embodiment. I offer an integrative, client-centered approach using evidence based practices of narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, positive psychology and mindfulness.

I have worked in a Partial Hospitalization Program for pediatric eating disorders since 2020 and have experience working with clients ages 6-50 struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, ARFID, OFSED and binging/purging disorders.
