My Ideal Client

If you struggle with intrusive thoughts and challenging emotions that get in the way of your goals then I may be able to assist with this. Also if you have unprocessed trauma or difficulty in abstaining from substances/behaviors than we should talk.

How I Can Help You

I have training in trauma therapies including EMDR and Brainspotting which can be used to assist in processing trauma in a safe, effective way. I also teach HeartMath which can assist with managing stress and developing resiliency. I’m also an athlete and coach and understand the specific challenges that impede performance goals and work with a range of folks who want to be present so they can have peak performance.

I believe that therapy doesn’t always need to be so serious, laughter and joy are important to overall wellbeing. Let’s do some hard work but also enjoy the process some. I also believe that there needs to be more customer service in therapy, with flexibility and understanding. I try to meet you where you are and if mistakes happen, let’s chat and figure out the best solutions.
