My Ideal Client
I enjoy working with teens, adults, and families. I am passionate about working with the queer community, neurodiversity, and trauma. As your therapist I will work to collaborate on treatment and we will learn and grow together.
My Approach to Helping
I draw from Humanistic, Queer, and Systems theories. My background is in social justice and
social work, I emphasize the impact of intersecting identities and cultural experiences on each
client's journey. Through a combination of trauma-informed practices and techniques drawing
from a variety of interventions, I provide a supportive space for clients to build autonomy,
advocate for themselves, and navigate life’s challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in building trust, authenticity, and
genuine care with my clients. I center my client’s values, personal goals, and story to direct our focus, and work to adjust my approach to meet my clients however they show up. I am passionate about working with clients who feel burnout from systematic oppression, capitalism, and traditional expectations of what success and fulfillment means.
