My Ideal Client

My ideal clients are individuals seeking a compassionate, inclusive, and collaborative therapeutic space to navigate life's complexities. Most of the clients I work with are from BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour) communities, LGBTQIA2S+ identities, neurodivergent experiences, creative fields, and those living with disabilities. I feel honored to support those who face unique challenges and intersecting identities while working toward personal healing and growth. .

My Approach to Helping

I work best with community members experiencing trauma symptoms such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or grappling with the overlapping challenges of oppression and climate change distress. I also provide support for personal growth, career transitions, and navigating complex relationship dynamics, including those in monogamous and ethical non-monogamous partnerships. I am inspired to journey with teens, young adults, adults, and couples who value anti-oppressive frameworks and seek healing through lenses of social justice, intersectionality, and cultural humility. My practice integrates existential psychodynamic frameworks, Liberation Psychology, Queer Theory, Indigenous Theory, System Theory, Buddhist Psychology, and Interpersonal Neurobiology to co-create a path forward tailored to each individual's needs.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As someone deeply committed to equity, climate justice, and collective liberation, I strive to cultivate a therapeutic space that uplifts and honors each client’s unique lived experience. I offer gender-affirming care for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and cultivate an inclusive, safe environment for BIPOC clients. Together, we will reimagine and decolonize the therapeutic process, nurturing growth and adaptability in ways that align with your values, identities, and aspirations. If you share a commitment to transformation, collective care, and healing that challenges oppressive systems, I welcome you to connect with me. Let’s envision and create what’s possible—together.
