My Approach to Helping

I facilitate restorative, body-based experiences in which clients practice: creating balance within their nervous systems, while designing a relationship with self, others and their environment that fosters opportunities to opt out of trauma-based patterns embedded in systems of oppression, and into a liberated relationship with their body, mind, & relationships.
