My Ideal Client

If you are seeking help with trauma, struggles with food, your body, or anything in between, there are options other than what we have been taught. Our culture and our world often create an environment for people that encourages self denial. A wide variety of traumas often leave people with chronic feelings of fear, trouble with sleep, relationship distress, and dependence on something that might harm them.

My Approach to Helping

I am passionate about growing self-compassion and acceptance in my clients. I have years of experienced working with people using Health and Every Size and trauma informed care. My goal is to guide my clients into paradigm shifts that lead to healing and a more fulfilled life.

My Values as a Therapist

My number one values as a therapist are empowerment and autonomy. These values of guide me to work with my client in a way that emboldens their personal intuition to find healing that feels best to them. This usually includes work on self-discovery, self compassion, emotional regulation, and support through small and large life changes. I am especially passionate about walking alongside people from the LGBTQI+ community, promoting body size equality, and helping people who suffer from suicidal thoughts.
