My Ideal Client

I welcome individuals of all ages, couples, and families seeking to overcome life's challenges and live wholesome lives. My primary focus is to help clients navigate through everyday stresses and developmental milestones as they deal with difficult decisions, emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and challenges in parenting. I am bilingual and offer services in both English and Russian.

My Approach to Helping

Every client has a unique and valuable story that offers a glimpse into their journey through life. It is a privilege for me to listen to and to try to understand these experiences, whatever they may be – stress, anxiety, depression, struggle with finding one's identity, trauma, shame, or difficulty with relationships. As you make important decisions in navigating those challenges, I would be honored to support you in exploring your inner strengths and finding additional resources that foster hope, resilience, and a sense of purpose, including but not limited to family bonds, community, meaningful activities, past accomplishments, and spirituality.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Life is full right now, but I love every minute of it. I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, traveling, camping, playing board games, listening to audiobooks, and cross-stitching in my free time.
