My Ideal Client

I offer therapy for those struggling with anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and grief and loss. I use a psychodynamic lens with CBT and mindfulness-based interventions to help my clients better understand themselves. I believe each individual is unique, and should be treated as such. I work to value the client's strengths and weaknesses, while acknowledging the importance of each individual's identity throughout the therapy process.

How I Can Help You

I hope to help clients: -Build a strong therapeutic alliance to foster growth in relationships -Work through past traumas to heal the mind-body connection -Use mindfulness and grounding techniques to connect with the body -Identify inner strengths to empower and improve one's self-esteem

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Human beings drive connection and connection drives us to better understand ourselves. What I love about counseling is how it offers everyone a safe space to explore themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. This is so important to developing, growing, and becoming the best version of yourself possible.
