My Approach to Helping
Counseling is a process by which we work together to identify and work on what you bring to our sessions. My approach to counseling involves helping you to identify strengths within yourself and develop self-awareness. My therapeutic approach is eclectic combining numerous theoretical approaches and techniques including mindfulness, CBT, person centered, and solution focused.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
As a working mom of of two children I can relate to the stressors of life. I also have been a labor and delivery nurse for over 15 years. I would love the opportunity to work with you and help navigate life.
