Creative expression allows us to go to spaces words alone cannot reach. This group is a safe, non-judgmental space for women and nonbinary adults wanting support around managing stress, anxiety and depression, strengthening relationships, increasing coping skills and exploring creative self-discovery. This is a closed group with openings approximately every 2 months. No art experience necessary, all art materials provided. Registration required. $70 OOP, insurance billable.

An ongoing open group for women and nonbinary folks exploring gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, and practical mindfulness skills to build resilience and empowerment for navigating life's challenges. Tuesdays 1:45-3:15pm. $70/group, insurance billable (OHP Trillium, Kaiser, Moda, Pacific Source, Providence, Samaritan and possibly others out of network). No yoga experience necessary, all props provided. Registration required.
