My Ideal Client

I have over 10 years of experience working with people from all backgrounds in a wide array of settings. I specialize in trauma treatment, particularly complex, developmental, and Adoptee attachment trauma. Other areas of focus, experience and dedication, include: domestic violence, sexual abuse, and race-based trauma. I am dedicated to women's issues of gender inequality, and the empowerment of finding our voices and identity throughout our evolving life span.

My Approach to Helping

As a Mental Health Therapist and licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon, I engage with compassion, respect, humor, and directness. Whether we are working to increase emotional stability, heal trauma, or find our personal meaning, my aim is to guide you in your goals toward empowered well-being. Building upon insight, personal strengths, and self-compassion, we can all develop a greater connection to ourselves and those around us. I engage with clients using a trauma-informed, culturally affirming approach. I use a variety of evidence based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Life Span Integration and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
