My Approach to Helping

I believe that each individual's life is unique, and I approach counseling with a deep respect for your personal experiences, values, and beliefs. My therapeutic approach combines elements of Existential Therapy and Attachment Theory, both of which I use to better understand who you are. And since so much of who we are is shaped by the world around us, I will use my training in Ecotherapy to help you strengthen your connections to human and non-human communities. Together, we will explore what it means to be you, from the elements that have helped to form you to how you make sense of the world around you. I am humbled by the courage you have expressed just by showing up and engaging in this process. My pledge to you is that I will honor your efforts by bringing my full authentic self to our sessions, and that I will meet your courage with my own as I join you in your pursuit of emotional growth and healing.
