My Ideal Client

I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and men’s issues, offering a compassionate, tailored approach. My work integrates Existential Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Ecotherapy, helping clients explore the connections between emotional well-being and the world around them. Whether you’re navigating PTSD, complex-PTSD, or simply seeking growth, I provide support through your journey with a focus on self-awareness and healing through relationships and nature.

My Approach to Helping

I’m a Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Ecotherapy from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Portland State University. My clinical work focuses on depression, anxiety, trauma (including PTSD and complex-PTSD), life transitions, career success, and men’s issues. I work with children (ages 10+), adolescents, and adults, tailoring my approach to each individual’s unique needs. I integrate Existential Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Ecotherapy in my practice, helping clients explore the connections between their emotional well-being and the world around them. This holistic, client-centered approach emphasizes healing through relationships and our connection to nature. I believe that understanding the interplay between personal struggles and external relationships is key to emotional growth and healing.
