Our Ideal Client

We understands that not all of us come from a history of support and care. Many of us may experience trauma due to race, size, class, sexual orientation, socio-economic status or family culture. We work with a lot of queer and trans folks who may experience anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our clinic is a great place for those interested in body-centered (somatic) approaches within a warm and caring relationship with a therapist.

My Background and Approach

Our counselors are a passionate group of graduate therapy students invested in providing personable, caring and empathetic therapy. Traumas, our history, the socio economic and cultural realities we face can make it difficult to connect to ourselves and others. We provide a space where clients can connect with their body and emotions with clinicians dedicated to care and connection.
