I encourage my clients to reconnect with feelings and their bodies so they can stop repeating the patterns that are holding them back from who they really are.

I’m a rain loving, urban-dwelling Portlander. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in the trades as a DC power engineer and general contractor. In my spare time I enjoy building things, being snobbish about craft beer, B-grade shark movies, and doing outdoorsie things. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate environment that supports my clients in enhancing their awareness, acceptance, and self-expression as they move towards their best self.
