Credentials I hold a MA in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC). Since 2014, I have been dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being. Experience With a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients in various settings, including private practice, EAPs, and community health centers. Specialties I specialize in helping individuals navigate the challenges of anxiety, trauma, and addictions. These areas of focus are close to my heart, and I am committed to providing collaborative, evidence-based therapies that meet your unique needs.
