My Ideal Client

You sense that your life has meaning, but maybe you haven't been able to feel your aliveness, curiosity, and vitality lately. Perhaps you feel caught up in the slog of everyday life, the hustle of work and relationships, and you have lost some essential part of yourself. Maybe you feel successful in life like you've achieved what you've set out to accomplish, but now you don't know what's next. Therapy can help. I can support you in living a life that is unquestionably meaningful to you.

My Background and Approach

My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and relational. I work with you to establish a sense of safety so that you can explore your edges and grow into the parts of yourself that you are ready to embody. We will help cultivate the wisest parts of yourself, uncovering a foundation that will support you in your daily life and work outside of our sessions. We will work towards body-centered sessions, allowing the non-verbal awareness of your body to guide your growth and integration. All of my work is rooted in an awareness of systemic oppression. I recognize that many of our struggles and coping mechanisms are healthy adaptations to an unjust world. I believe that our individual healing is a part of the work of our collective liberation. While we work together with a focus on your well-being, we support the whole community's well-being, in turn.
