My Approach to Helping

My approach is eclectic, relational & person-centered. Your values guide our work together. I utilize creativity, training, empathetic listening skills, supported by research to support your healing & growth. I have experience with diverse groups of women in different stages of life. I have a passion for helping women know themselves, their desires & achieve their goals. While I practice with a feminist lens, I’m open to all gender & sexual identities & find this lens offers space for a variety of experiences. Adolescence is a unique period of development that deserves respect & care. I offer a space where teens can process through the big world they’re taking on & utilize talk therapy & other creative means like art, music, & bibliotherapy. I use Attachment Theory with every client, especially couples. Whether it’s sex, communication, finances, parenting, or who’s loading the dishwasher wrong, I offer tools for couples to navigate the issues they’re facing.

My Approach to Helping

My life has afforded me many opportunities to learn about transitions in various relationships, cross-country moves, and parenthood. Whatever transitions you may find yourself in, I am here to support you. I utilize Restoration Therapy as a framework for identifying pain and peace cycles that can be used to empower teens, adults, and couples of all kinds to live in congruence with their values.
