My clients usually reach out to me due to feeling overwhelmed and struggling to navigate life complexities, such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, and life transitions. They often feel stuck and are seeking ways to make lasting change in their lives in order to make more room for joy and connection. I want to work together to help you feel confident in your abilities to overcome life's obstacles and break out of stuck patterns.

My Approach to Helping

I see both individuals and couples in my practice. I offer goal directed treatment using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
