WHAT: 12-week therapy group focused on learning skills and strategies to manage Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. WHO: People who experience obsessions and compulsions and are impacted by OCD WHEN: Thursdays 12:00p-12:55pm starting February 13th WHERE: Virtual sessions via Google Meet COST: Covered by OHP, Trillium, CareOregon/Healthshare/ $81 per session for Out of Network w/some sliding scale spots available.
