My Ideal Client

I work with people who want to feel better and navigate life with more ease. I've found that talking things through can help shift thinking, and develop solutions; that somatic (body) work can address problem areas that the mind can't seem to get to. Somatic-focused EMDR, where we track the body sensations even more closely and stay with, and work with, what shows up, can make the therapy processing more effective.

I offer a variety of therapeutic techniques, and collaborate with you about what feels most aligned with your goals. My intent is to meet you where you are at, and to reach an understand where the problems, or blocks, really are, and to work towards getting them unstuck. My overall goal is to help you to move towards being your genuine self.

    Trained in 2016 and ongoing advanced trainings, including working with developmental trauma, recent trauma, addiction, and more. Training in somatically focused EMDR where resiliency is tracked, making the processing work more effective.
