My Approach to Helping

I approach counseling with the belief that you are a whole person with unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. I trust in your intrinsic wisdom and will support you as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the systems in which we live. We will work together to name patterns that are helpful and unhelpful and work toward creating healthy interactions so you feel confident navigating life with insight and autonomy. In my work with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents, I aim to create a safe space where everyone feels heard and where authentic communication is valued. Cultivating trust, compassion, and respect and ensuring you feel seen, heard, and validated is of high priority to me. I invite you to approach this path with curiosity and courage. My commitment is to accompany you with empathy, respect, and steadfast support as you navigate life's complexities and celebrate the fullness of your being.
