My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in couples and relationships. I am committed to serving a diverse clientele, including LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and poly systems. I have completed Level One Gottman Method Couples Therapy and an Externship in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I have 13 years of experience working in multiple settings including private practice, out-patient substance abuse clinics, schools, and various centers. I believe that every individual has the internal strength and resources to live a more fulfilling life and support them in cultivating these strengths to reach their goals.

    I truly love relationships and the connection they can bring. I also understand the pain that occurs when our relationships are struggling. That's why I've dedicated the majority of my work to supporting individuals and their relationships, whether that involves the relationship with themselves or others. I received my Masters in Couples and Family Therapy and have completed the Level One Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and the Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
