I utilize a holistic, structured, & trauma-sensitive approach to help clients who are dealing with anxiety and symptoms of ADHD or AuDHD. I also work with clients who have experienced various forms of trauma and abuse. I help clients develop the capacity to regulate, understand and heal the emotional and physiological responses associated with their symptoms.

My Background

I support my clients in developing emotional regulation, emotional attunement, communication skills, boundary setting, and relationship dynamics that will facilitate the client's transition from surviving to thriving.
