I utilize an internal family systems (IFS) and narrative approach, and strive to create a warm, safe, and collaborative environment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are constantly evolving, and often the pain we experience can mirror the depth of joy and love that we are capable of. I'm a big proponent of befriending our younger selves, and providing them with what they need and/or may have never received. I believe that my role as a counselor is deeply sacred and I'm honored to be a part of your journey.
