Even the simplest of tasks, like getting out of bed or taking a shower, feels impossible. The constant negative thoughts and feelings are overwhelming. Clients come to me looking for a compassionate and patient provider who brings them hope in even the darkest of times. With the right support and treatment, you can regain a sense of hope and joy in life. Sessions with me will focus on spending the time needed to fully understand your unique symptoms, stressors, and strengths. I aim to create a non-judgmental space for you to share your struggles so we can work to together to get you on a path of healing.
