My Approach to Helping

I offer a safe, non-judgemental, and compassionate environment to explore, reflect and process. I'm trained on interventions such as EMDR (eye-movement desentization reprocessing), parts work, psychodynamic, grief-informed and trauma-informed, psychological astrology, and energy work & somatic therapies. Everyone is unique and my approach to therapy honors this by using an eclectic style. I pull from a lot of modalities to support my client's. My goal is to learn from you and help to facilitate desired healing and growth. You are the expert of your life and I am here as a guide. This physical reality can bring experiences of suffering. Know that you are not alone; and there is transformational power being witnessed in your truth. Come as you are. I welcome all parts of you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe we all hold gifts in this world and often times they are the ones that have been passed down throughout our lineage; at first disguising as trauma-responses. As we begin to heal, we get the opportunity to peel back the layers and reclaim ourselves as whole, worthy, and complete through the alchemical process of being open to transformation. My learning in the field of therapy has not only been in the classroom and gaining hours to complete my licensures. I too have been through the process of knowing what it is like on the other side of the seat in session work. To me, this is vitally important when working with clients as I know the vulnerability it takes to entrust someone with the deepest core of ourselves. Remember it is a privilege to hear your story! I'm fascinated with honoring creative aspects within the field that can be just as powerful as traditional modalities. I'm often learning new philosophical, theological, and mystical teachings and tools to incorporate.
