My Approach to Helping

I am passionate about helping my clients gain insight into recurring patterns, improve their coping skills, and address deeper issues on their journey to becoming a more whole, authentic, stable, and well human being with secure relationship capacities. I am interactive, reflective, and offer information and ideas etc. as needed to facilitate your needs and goals. I am interested in helping clients to understand themselves at a deeper level to access core issues and themes and effect change in neural networks through emotion focused and relational approaches. Therapy is individually tailored and focuses on your needs and goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a licensed Psychologist (previously licensed at the Master's level) and have been in the field over 25 years. I specialize in individual therapy with adults and couples therapy. I have taught graduate classes and supervise students, interns, and psychology residents. I continue to seek opportunities for learning and growth in this work that I love so much.
