My Background

Greetings! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, practicing at Rose City Therapists and at Rainfall Medicine as a Ketamine-Assisted Therapist in Portland. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of New Hampshire and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado. I am also a veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. My clinical experience includes inpatient behavioral health, intensive addiction treatment, individual counseling, and community mental health. In addition to traditional therapy, I am a 400-hour certified breathwork facilitator and a 200-hour certified Tantra Yoga teacher. My approach integrates Transpersonal Psychology, Jungian Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Depth Psychology. I offer a grounded and compassionate presence, honoring each person’s innate wisdom and unique path toward healing.
