Specialties
When it comes to treating ADHD, my approach is designed to support individuals in managing their symptoms and harnessing their strengths. I understand that ADHD can affect many areas of life, including focus, organization, time management, and impulse control, often leading to frustration and a feeling of being 'stuck.' My goal is to help you develop practical strategies to address these challenges while also embracing the unique qualities that ADHD can bring to your life.
When working with individuals who struggle with OCD, my approach is designed to help you understand and manage the intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors that interfere with your daily life. I recognize that OCD can feel isolating and overwhelming, but with the right tools and support, it’s entirely possible to regain control and live a more balanced life. I use techniques including ERP, CBT and Mindfulness just to name a few.
When treating anxiety, my approach focuses on providing relief from the constant worry and fear that can feel overwhelming. Anxiety often manifests in both the mind and body, and it can be incredibly disruptive to your daily life. My goal is to help you understand the root causes of your anxiety, manage your symptoms, and build long-term strategies for maintaining calm and balance. My treatment for anxiety includes a variety of evidence-based techniques including CBT and Mindfulness.
As a therapist, my approach to treating individuals with chronic health conditions is to address the emotional, psychological, and behavioral factors that influence your overall well-being. Chronic health conditions can take a toll on many aspects of life, often leading to feelings of frustration, hopelessness, and isolation. I’m here to support you in navigating these challenges, building resilience, and improving your quality of life.
When treating depression, my approach is centered on helping you understand and address the emotional, mental, and physical aspects of the condition. I recognize that depression can make it difficult to find motivation, feel connected to others, or experience joy in daily life. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where you can begin to heal, rebuild your sense of self-worth, and rediscover meaning and purpose.
