I am a CSWA. I have worked with individuals in the criminal justice system, Individual counseling, EAP services, Primary Care, Urgent Mental Health Clinics, and provider telehealth and individual counseling. I specialize in mood disorders ,PTSD and trauma related disorders, Anxiety, and women’s issues. I am a CADC 1. I use a non judgmental, holistic, client centered approach. Growth Mindset offers a safe space for you to uncover your authentic self. A safe place where you can voice your shame, embarrassment , low self- esteem and change those feelings to a growth mindset of resilience. I provide Psychoeducational Worksheets, resources, and homework that will help support you through your healing process. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Everyone has the capacity to change and develop a growth mindset. Change is difficult and it takes time. We all have coping skills . Sometimes the coping skills that we are currently using no longer works for us and we have to find other ways to manage. Behavior services a purpose . It is an alert of an unmet need.
