Many of us struggle to manage issues such as stress, social isolation, depression, anxiety, fear, loss, trauma, and difficulty in relationships. At the same time, many people are just feeling generally overwhelmed with life and the current circumstances. You don't have to be alone with these struggles. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and that therapy can help you better understand yourself and the factors causing you distress and preventing positive change.

My Approach to Helping

I use a solution focused approach with CBT and mindfulness based interventions to support client treatment goals. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, which allows for more flexibility in applying a variety of interventions that meet the specific needs of my clients . I believe the therapeutic alliance is the prerequisite to any success and I try to collaborate with my clients to build an authentic supportive relationship that leads to greater personal insight and growth.
