My Ideal Client

I have experience working with a diverse set of individuals and in treating a variety of mental health conditions and symptoms. I have spent the majority of my career working in psychiatric inpatient and so have a lot of experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and dysregulated and disordered mood.

My Approach to Helping

I use a solution focused approach with CBT and mindfulness based interventions to support client treatment goals. I like to take an eclectic approach to therapy , which allows for more flexibility to applying a variety of interventions that meet the specific needs of my clients . I believe the therapeutic alliance is the prerequisite to any success and I try to collaborate with my clients to build an authentic supportive relationship that leads to greater personal insight and growth.
