Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is Oregon's state medicaid program. Click here to apply for OHP.

If you have Medicaid/OHP and are in the Portland metro area, your mental health coverage is provided by CareOregon/HealthShare, OpenCard, Trillium or Pacific Source.
